Monday-Thursday we go until 8 pm (parents please be there at 8 pm so we can all get home and rest up!) and Friday we end at 5 pm.
Our performance is Saturday at 11 am on the big football field and all parents and family are encouraged to attend!
Students need to bring:
- Sack lunch and some snacks
- Water Bottle
- Bug Spray
- Hat and sunglasses
- Comfortable Tennis Shoes (no sandals!)
- An extra change of socks as the first pair tends to get wet from the morning dew

- Appropriate ingredient for your section (see note from Amanda Lossing below!)

From Amanda in the Facebook Group:
All of the sections are their own section with the exception to the following groups: I have combined the Drum Majors, Guard and the French Horns together since these sections have low numbers. Ok here is what each section will be asked to bring on Monday morning the first day of camp! I am asking that each section leader contact the members of your section! I have some contact numbers for students but not all of them! If you need phone numbers you can contact me first and then Mr. Akers. Here are the sections and food items: Drum Majors, French Horns, and Guard are asked to bring a box or two of granola bars or cereal bars and a bag of salad lettuce and your choice of a bottle of salad dressing. Percussion students: A box or two of the individual bags of cookies/cheezits/crackers (they come in assortment boxes at WalMart) and veggies and veggie dip. Clarinet Students: a bunch of grapes or a bunch of bananas per student and veggies plus veggie dip. Flute students: a bag of apples or a bag of oranges and a large bag of chips or pretzels. Sax students: A box or two of the individual packages of cheezits/crackers/cookies ( these come in assortment boxes at WalMart) and a large bag of chips or pretzels. Trumpet students: Muffins and a large bag of Doritos. Low brass students: One or two boxes of granola bars or cereal bars and a loaf of frozen garlic bread that you would eat with Spaghetti! I believe I have covered everyone! We are asking that each student in the section bring these food items and give the items to an adult on Monday morning as they arrive at the school! If there are any questions please contact me in here or by phone 989-820-7900! Thanks everyone!
